This includes, but is not limited to, the theft of cryptocurrencies from third-party devices without legal authorization, espionage unrelated to national security, uses unrelated to security, or any action targeting human rights activists, journalists, politicians, and other individuals, where such actions are not linked to crimes or the security of the country.

• Even though extractions and connections pass through our servers, we do not store any information about targets. The responsibility for storing what was extracted, as well as backing up the extraction, lies with the intelligence agent responsible for the operation. After the data transit has been successfully completed and stored on the agent’s computer, the Marlon Gonzalez Group is not responsible for how the agent stores the content on their computer or for inadequate storage practices, such as the lack of backups.
• The Marlon Gonzalez Group will not be responsible for intelligence agents’ decisions regarding targets. We are only software developers and do not control, limit, or have knowledge of what is being done. In the event of violations of use guidelines, we may suspend the next annual license renewal.
• We work tirelessly to maintain the highest anonymity and always seek to improve extraction in the most balanced and discreet way possible. However, we are not responsible if an intrusion into the device is detected during a forensic examination. We are not responsible for any traces left behind.
• No one at the Marlon Gonzalez Group uses the tool for personal use under any circumstances, which would be considered a crime. We always seek legal avenues to resolve issues.
